Is Your Boss a Bosshole?

Just as you suspected… Bosshole is a mashup of “Boss” and “Asshole” to form an all inclusive term that represents both job title and general demeanor.

Funny term… but not-so funny when you work for one. Truth is, we all know a bosshole… whether we work for one past or present.

I was introduced to the term while reading Entrepreneur magazine… and thought that I had to share it with everyone. This posting is not here professing that I am the one that invented the term (although I wish I were that guy), it’s just to clue people in to the fact that there IS a quick word you can use that will let people know exactly what kind of boss you’re talking about. Rather than having to strain to say “my asshole boss”… you can just say “my bosshole”… Lol!

The other reason is to give spread the feeling of community to those on the losing end of the bosshole. Cheer up, you’re not alone! There are many people out there (too many to name) that endure the oppression of a bosshole… on the reg!
