Sign of true genius?

Um… I’m not sure how this became my problem…

Why is it that doctor’s don’t have to be anywhere close to “on time”?! I have an appointment to see the doctor at 1:30. I show up at 1 to fill out forms and whatnot… then some homeless looking chick strolls in at 1:25 and I’m told I will have to wait because she was 25 minutes late.

WTF is that?! I think she should have to wait til I’m done. I was on time… early in fact… and now I have to wait for this dumbass to go first?! Nice office policy!

I’m pretty sure that should fall under “not my problem”… but turns out that is has become my problem. Just how I wanted to spend my day off… a-holes!

To top it off… the doctor peeked out to tell me i’d have to wait and had a very strange outfit on. I’m no fashion expert, but I’m pretty sure blue paisley shirts don’t match brown plaid pants. The only way I can rationalize that outfit is to assume that it is a sign of true genius. Hopefully that just means that her mind opperates on a higher plain and she can’t be bothered with whether her outfit matches or not.

We’ll see…

I find comfort in the doctor’s attire, actually. Definitely a sign of genius.

The doctor’s staff? Not so much. In fact, they have just shown you the solution. Next time, you show up 25 minutes late. Then you won’t have to wait!

    Hi John,

I usually change doctors when I am made to wait hours on end. There’s no excuse for wasting my time. It’s hard for some of them to believe, but my time is just as precious as theirs. :) Can you tell it’s one of my pet peeves.

I don’t even know what to say about the garb, however.
